In light of the GDPR regulations which came into force in May 2018, Frontline Automation made some vital changes to the company privacy policy. 1.1 Mark Parsons T/A Frontline Automation is a sole trader, trading as Frontline Automation, whose head office is Units 41 & 42 Bolney Grange Business Park, Stairbridge Lane, Bolney, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH17 5PB. We are the data controller and we will process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (EU) 2016/679 and national laws which relate to the processing of personal data.

5 Retention of Your Data

5.1 We are required by law to keep basic data for a certain length of time. All files remain securely stored either electronically on our database(s) or in paper files. When we no longer need to retain the paper files, they will be destroyed and disposed of in a correct manner.

5.2 We will retain your information on our electronic databases for purposes of site/customer history.

5.3 Any information we retain for marketing purposes only will be retained until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information
