BS:EN ISO 9001:2015

We are accredited to BS:EN ISO 9001:2015 and this ensures that all of our work is carried out to the strictest of standards, both in relation to quality and safety. We always endeavour to offer our clients the best possible service, and work with you to realise the potential of your project, no matter how large or small.

All gates manufactured by Frontline Automation are a completely bespoke product, built entirely with your individual requirements in mind, whether these are for the commercial or residential customer.  Metal gates are manufactured in our workshop to a variety of standard designs or specifically designed for you before being polyester powder coated to ensure a long lasting finish (or alternatively, for the commercial customer gates can be galvanized instead). We also supply wooden gates and work with local joiners to produce a high-quality, hardwood gate which is manufactured with automation taken into consideration. We can manufacture steel swing gates, sliding gates, or if you want a stronger structure sliding gate complete with a wooden infill, we can produce this for you. No job is too small or too large, whether you need an entire business estate made secure from Barriers, CCTV and Security Gates or whether you need a small residential ornately finished system for your home.

We do everything we can to ensure that the process is as stress-free as possible for our customers, and project manage all of our installations personally, from start to finish. This can include everything from groundworks, wiring, and transport right up to the installation, commissioning and handover.

There are an increasingly large number of automation companies out there, making this a very competitive industry. However, we believe that our large list of accreditation’s and our years of experience make us the obvious choice. We regularly assess our practices and are certain we can offer you both value for money and the highest possible level of service.

We at Frontline Automation appreciate that our staff are one of our most significant resources. All staff are continually trained and able to advise on all of our products and offer you recommendations whether this is an off-the-shelf upgrade or a bespoke system completed with manufacture and automation. We are happy to liaise with anyone else involved within your project, such as architects or builders and will do our utmost to fit in with your time frames.

Possibly the largest advantage of having electric gates is that a heightened level of personal security can be easily achieved, ensuring that the first contact of any visitors would be at the property boundary as opposed to intrusion at the front door. We experience a high volume of cases where this has been the sole reason for many of our residential customers to invest in such a system. For our commercial clients, there is a range of heavier duty and more industrially targeted options available to ensure that security stays constant 100% of the time. Both commercial and residential properties can benefit from our bespoke design & manufacture service to ensure that the security of your property is not compromised whilst still retaining the aesthetic appearance you prefer.

As much as we understand the necessity of the aesthetic appeal and the security aspects of an automated gate, we are also completely aware of the importance of safety within the installation. Whether your project is an adaption/repair to an existing system, or a completely new installation, our staff are all fully trained and able to advise and reassure you of your obligations under gate safety legislation and the machinery directive. We are members of the Door & Hardware Federation and Powered Gate Group and are officially accredited as a company which ‘Employs Trained Personnel who have gained the DHF Powered Gate Safety Diploma’, ‘Adheres to the Highest Technical and Legal Compliance Standards’ and ‘Operates within the DHF Code of Practice’. We will always work closely with both our existing customers and new customers to ensure that our clients systems are as safe as possible, and employ best practices at all times.

Our Installation service is not the whole picture – We also offer a fantastic maintenance and breakdown service, whether we completed the original installation or simply perform a system takeover. As of September 2014, all of our maintenance agreements will include an annual impact safety test to ensure continued compliance with safety. We offer standard cover, and also guaranteed emergency call-out response times of 24, 12 and 04 hours. More information on all of these services can be found on our dedicated maintenance page.
